Hiring some consultants to assist with air and sound level testing can prove to be very expensive. For instance, a typical Certified Industrial Hygienist can charge between $165 to $350 per hour, plus expenses. Some will charge extra if you want a written report or charge account setup fees, maintenance fees, phone consultation fees and more. We will never do that!

For specific types of back injuries, such as lumbosacral herniated disc injuries, costs can vary significantly, with some cases reaching up to $60,000 or more, depending on the timing of surgery and other factors. Per the National Safety Council, for 2022-2023 the average medical cost for a back injury was $19,865 and indemnity was $24,293 indicating an average of $44,158.
